第1条 (目的)
この規約は、佐世保キックボクシング倶楽部の活動に関する基本的なルールと、メンバーの権利および義務を定めるものとする。
(Article 1 (Purpose)
This regulation defines the basic rules regarding the activities of the sasebokickboxing clab
and the rights and obligations of its members.)
第2条 (怪我の自己責任)
メンバーは、練習や試合中の怪我や事故について、すべて自己の責任と認識し、こちらのチームや関係者を責めないものとする。それに伴う治療費や損害に関しては、メンバー各自が負担するものとする。
(Article 2 (Personal Responsibility for Injuries)
Members acknowledge that any injury or accident during practice or matches is their own responsibility. They shall not blame the team or its associates. Associated medical expenses or damages shall be borne by the individual members themselves.)
第3条 (保険の加入)
メンバーは、自らの判断と責任で適切なスポーツ保険に加入することを強く推奨される。この保険加入は、メンバーの安全を守るためのものであり、チームはその有無を確認しないが、怪我や事故の際のサポートは、保険の範囲内でのみとなることを理解するものとする。
(Article 3 (Insurance Enrollment)
Members are strongly encouraged to enroll in appropriate sports insurance at their own discretion and responsibility. This insurance is for the safety of the members. The team will not verify its existence, but members should understand that support during injuries or accidents will only be within the scope of this insurance.)
第4条 (会費について)
メンバーは、定められた期日までに会費を支払うものとする。会費の未納が続く場合、そのメンバーは活動への参加を制限されることがある。
会計期間は「毎年4月1日から翌年3月31日」とし、これを1期する。会費は、会の運営および活動のために使用されます。
(Article 4 (Regarding Membership Fees)
Members shall pay the membership fee by the specified deadline. If a member continues to default on their payment, their participation in activities may be restricted.)
第5条 (指示への従事)
メンバーは、コーチやスタッフの指示に従うものとする。指示に従わない場合、警告を受けることがあり、再三の警告の後、退会となる場合がある。
(Article 5 (Following Instructions)
Members shall follow the instructions of the coach and staff. If they do not comply, they may receive warnings, and after repeated warnings, they may be expelled.)
第6条 (退会と返金について)
指示に従わないなどの理由で退会処分となった場合、既に支払われた会費等の返金は一切行わない。その他、メンバーが任意で退会する場合も、会費の返金は行わないものとする。
(Article 6 (About Resignation and Refunds)
If a member is expelled for reasons such as not following instructions, no refunds of any paid membership fees will be given. Also, if a member voluntarily resigns, no membership fee refunds will be made.)
第7条 (責任の追及)
メンバーは、チームの活動に関連して発生した問題やトラブルについて、チームや関係者の責任を追及しないことを約束するものとする。
(Article 7 (Pursuit of Responsibility)
Members promise not to pursue the responsibility of the team or its associates for any problems or troubles related to the team's activities.)
第8条 (年齢制限)
・子供への指導が行えないため、参加は16歳以上とします。
・見学時にお子様が怪我をしないよう、保護者の方がきちんと管理する責任があります。
・Due to our inability to instruct children, participation is limited to those 16 years of age and older.
・During observation, it is the guardian's responsibility to ensure that children do not get injured.
第9条 (その他)
この規約に明記されていない事項については、別途取り決めたり、日本の法律に従って処理するものとする。

Matters not explicitly stated in these regulations will be decided separately or processed according to Japanese law.)
